Day 1

Quito - Ecuador

Arrival in Quito at a luxury hotel. Day of rest. Overnight at the Hotel.

Day 2

Enjoy a day of leisure. A variety of tours are available on that day. Overnight at the Hotel.

Day 3

Baltra Island / Embark / South Plaza Island

Departure from Quito in the morning for your flight to Baltra. Upon arrival, be transferred to Mary Anne. Then travel to South Plaza Island, one of the smallest in the Galapagos Islands. Famous for its extraordinary flora, explore the wildlife of the island, Opuntia cacti and vegetation that changes color depending on the season. Colonies of seals prevail here, along with the yellow land iguana and a host of tropical birds.

.Day 4

Española Island

In the morning, explore Gardner Bay in the Spanish island, where we will snorkel and take a panga ride. In the afternoon visit Punta Suarez and look for large colonies of blue footed boobies, marine iguanas, albatrosses, and swallow-tailed gulls.

Day 5

Santa Cruz Island

Adventure to the El Chato, in the highlands of Santa Cruz Island, a lake frequented by frigates and other seabirds, which come to desalinate the feathers of sea water. Here you can observe giant turtles and a variety of birds found in the area. In the afternoon, we stop in Puerto Ayora to visit the Charles Darwin Research Center where scientists, park rangers and park managers working to preserve and protect the Galapagos Islands, a World Heritage site by UNESCO. The station is also home to giant tortoises, a breeding center where different subspecies are prepared for reintroduction to their natural habitats.

Day 6

North Seymour Island / Sombrero Chino Island

Visit North Seymour Island where we will observe sea lions, blue footed boobies and frigates. Later, we drive to the Volcano Island Chinese Hat, whose name (Sombrero Chino) reflects its shape. This small island has little vegetation, is covered instead of lava rock and tunnels, and is home to marine iguanas, lava lizards and red crabs. With luck, visitors can see the Galapagos penguin.

Day 7

Isabela Island / Fernandina Island

Punta Tortuga Negra, on the west coast of Isabela Island at the base of the volcano Darwin, is a black sand beach surrounded by mangroves. Here we explore the mangrove finch found only on Fernandina and Isabela Islands. Later this morning, diving breathing in Tagus Cove, was once one of the favorite sites of attachment of whalers and pirates. Here we have a chance to see Galapagos penguins. In the afternoon, travel to Punta Espinoza on Fernandina Island. Here we see large colonies of marine iguanas, flightless cormorants nesting, penguins, sea lions babies.

Day 8

Santiago Island / Rabida Island

This day we will visit Puerto Egas on Santiago Island and take a walk along the coast to explore the variety of marine life in tide or swimming and snorkeling. Later, disembark at Rabida Island, a small island with a variety of types of rocks and lava. A small path leading us to a small lake, it is popular for its flamingos, until it will pass by several nests of pelicans. The beach is also considered one of the most beautiful places for snorkeling because of the unique combination of underwater species and submarine landscapes.

Day 9

Santiago Island / Bartolome Island

In the morning explore the Sullivan Bay on the east coast of Santiago. The last eruption 100 years ago, Sullivan is making a lava field with a different range of models and textures. In the afternoon we will visit Bartolome Island for a panoramic view of Pinnacle Rock. Later, we swim and dive breathing along its shores.

Day 10

Baltra Island / Disembark / End of Cruise / Quito

Disembark on the island of Baltra and we will be shuttle bus to the airport for the flight back to the mainland. The afternoon will be off. Overnight at a hotel in Quito.

Day 11

Quito / Home

In the morning we will be transferred to the airport for flight back home.
